What if the discuss in the meeting “Triggers” me?

At the beginning of each meeting we read “Meeting Boundaries” which outlines the rules for the discussion portion of the meeting.  We do not discuss our behaviours in detail and if a member of the group feels “triggered” he/she can raise their hand.
